Brisbane (Energy Publishing) - State utility Korea East-West Power Co (EWP) has issued a tender for 520ktpa of bituminous coal for the Dangjin thermal power plant for three years. Bid No.: EWP-COAL-2010-T03. Specification: 520ktpa of bituminous coal with a min. 5,500kcal/kg NAR. Delivery: April 2010 – March 2013. Bids close at 4pm Korean Standard Time on 12 March 2010.
