Obligations of PublisherEnergy Publishing will provide access to the Coalportal website and those publications on the website for which the subscriber has paid, and will provide new publications according to monthly schedules.
Obligations of Subscriber
Subscriber recognizes that the newsletters published on Coalportal and elsewhere by Energy Publishing are protected under copyright law and will treat all information contained in the newsletters accordingly. Subscriber may print one copy of any newsletter, but will limit the circulation of that copy to employees at the physical location of the subscriber's employees having approved access to Coalportal.
Online Payments
Refunds on any purchases made will only be provided in the event of overpayment.
